Shipping Once you have ordered one or more items and the order and payment are completed, your item will be shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If the package does not arrive as expected, please contact your nearest post office and ask for it. Sometimes, it may be waiting for pickup without the recipient receiving a pickup notice.
NOTE: Check carefully to see if you have received a pickup notice, and ensure that the address on your mailbox matches the one you used for your order.
If we receive the package back, you will naturally hear from us.
Privacy Policy and Security None of the information entered during a transaction is shared or sold to third parties. Our entire website is encrypted with HTTPS security. When you are redirected to the payment window, it is SSL encrypted, so you can be sure that the information you enter is never shared with anyone else, not even us.
Delivery Terms Once you have ordered one or more items and the order and payment are completed, your item will be shipped. We send our packages via Dao, GLS, or Postnord.
It is important that you remember to pick up your package at the selected parcel shop, if it has been delivered there. Otherwise, your order will be returned to us. If we receive the package back, you will naturally hear from us.
We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the customer.
Payment Terms We accept payment with the following payment cards: Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, ApplePay, MobilePay. Refunds may take up to 10 business days before you see the money returned to your account.
Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Amount Reservation When using a payment card, both debit and credit, a reservation is made for the amount being purchased. This amount will be reserved until the webshop processes and ships your order. When the order is shipped, the funds will be charged to your account. The reservation time depends on the product/service.
Authorization on Debit Cards For debit cards, you will see that the money is reserved in your account, and your available balance will be reduced. If you or the webshop later cancels the order, the webshop cannot charge the money, but the reservation will remain for a period. Note that only your bank (or card issuer) can cancel the reservation.
Authorization on Credit Cards The money will only be charged from your account and reflected in your overview when the webshop processes and charges the payment for your order.
Right of Withdrawal There is a 14-day full return policy for items purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Return items should include your name and invoice number. All items MUST be returned in original and undamaged packaging, meaning any boxes should be in the same condition as when received. Different seals/stickers should be unbroken.
The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Any return shipping costs are at your expense.
The wish to cancel must be communicated to us within 14 days after delivery and be received by us no later than 14 days after we are informed about your use of the right of withdrawal.
The wish to use the right of withdrawal must be sent to us via email. The message must clearly state your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Complaint Rights There is a 2-year complaint period for products in accordance with Danish consumer law. The complaint period covers defects in software, material, and manufacturing.
Complaints about defects or deficiencies must be reported to us within a reasonable time after receiving the goods. A maximum of two months is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
Complaints are voided in case of incorrect or improper use of the product.
For returns, please contact the company.
Complaints are not accepted if sent with cash on delivery.
Customer & Privacy Policy We do not resell personal information and do not share your personal data with others; it is only registered in our customer database. You can request to have your information deleted at any time.

Complaint Options A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus. The Mediation Team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if this is unsuccessful, you can bring the complaint before the Consumer Complaints Board.
As a general rule, it is a prerequisite for filing a complaint that the product or service you wish to complain about costs at least 1,110 DKK and no more than 100,000 DKK. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must be at least 720 DKK. The monetary limits may be changed. A fee must be paid to process the complaint.
